Our Basic Move Clean covers all general cleaning such as dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, exterior of appliances, floors, and high-touch areas. Our Deep Move Clean adds inside cabinets, inside fridge and oven, baseboards, closets, and more detailed work. Your final checklist will be confirmed in your quote.

For move-out cleans, we strongly recommend the home be empty so we can clean every surface properly. We can work around a few remaining items or boxes, but furniture and large belongings should be removed before we arrive.

Yes. Inside cabinets, drawers, fridge, and oven are included in our Deep Move Clean and are also available as add-ons for smaller jobs. All cabinets and appliances must be emptied before we arrive.

It depends on the size, layout, and condition of the home. During your quote, we will give you an estimated time window based on the information you provide, so you can plan your key handover or inspection accordingly.

No. Our team brings all professional products, tools, and equipment needed for the service. If your building has specific rules about products or noise, let us know in advance and we will adjust where possible.

Yes. If you have a specific move-out checklist or realtor expectations, you can upload or share it when requesting your quote. We’ll align our checklist to it and confirm what is included before you book.

No problem, we handle heavy-duty cleans too. Heavier buildup may require extra time or an upgraded package. Once we understand the condition of the home, we’ll let you know if additional time or add-ons are recommended.
